  • Worked directly with Chinese fixture manufacturers to produce a custom fixture line

  • Designed and managed the renovation of an office/showroom located in midtown Manhattan

  • Assisted in writing request for proposals for the construction of tenant fit-outs

Project Manager : Vornado Realty Trust Development, New York, NY | 2006 - 2009

  • Managed a $60 million reposition and renovation of a 5-story commercial shopping center located in midtown Manhattan within a 18-month timeline

  • Developed site plans and layouts for possible developments

  • Prepared financial and economic feasibility analysis

  • Maintained ongoing oversight of budget and expenditures as the development moved forward

  • Prepared project time line and monitored adherence to schedule
